TB Testing

Escalon Unified School District offers the Adult Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire to parents  who wish to volunteer in the classroom or attend field trips with their child. The form is reviewed by the district nurse. The TB Questionnaire needs to be updated every 4 years. Please check with the school office if you have a question when your TB expires.
