  • Superintendent Costa reminded the board of the upcoming CSBA Conference in San Francisco taking place November 29th – December 1st. He handed the board the signup sheet for the annual County School Board dinner on November 1st hosted by the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
  • Superintendent Costa reported 20 staff members of both El Portal Middle School and Escalon High School left to attend a 3 day PLC Conference in Long Beach.

  • The board approved resolution 18-19-08, a resolution of intention of the Board of Trustees of the Escalon Unified School District declaring its intention to sell surplus real property and direct staff to proceed with the notifications regarding the potential sale of surplus district property.
  • The board approved the 2017-18 unaudited actuals financial report.
